Because its pointui...happens to all of us

You know I'm not sure you can blame Pointui for this....Mine does it even with TouchFlo 3D sometimes. I think the blame can probably go 50/50 with Home2 and Windows mobile!.

"Because its pointui...happens to all of us "
Heu... did you ask me before ? Because it's not my case !
Only have problem when doing wrong !
Using LG KS20 with win6.1, last version of PU (pro version), some applets(like Pointsense for instance, who's not a light one :p ) and S2U2 !
Am I an extraterrestrial biological entity ?
No... don't think so :)Posted 1 year ago # -
It’s WindowsMobile.
It’s because you are running all these on an older phone model.
It’s because you expect too much from a little gadget.PointUI tries and will try to keep the user experience pleasant by simplifying the UI and more features but it will take sometimes to go up a tower without an elevator.

Wow guys, all of you say it's a problem with .ui or WM, but I'm using .ui since v2.0.14 and I don't have this problem. But .ui started to shut down when I had an error in my applet's code. So maybe it's something small in one of applets you're using (maybe even one of default applets)?

does it matter what phone its on? i have the htc fuze im using mobile matts mystic rom with windows 6.5 and also im using the point sense theme. so theres no way to stop the freezing or having to restart it all the time?

I am now running this on a fuze, Josh's Rom and it runs good except for the known issues with sense weather. You have to remember that cooked roms have some things removed that the cook does not deem he needs and in doing so might caus home2 to be unstable. I would talk to matt and see what was pulled.

it could be anything...
* Windows Mobile
* a cooked ROM (custom version of OS)
* Glitch with your phone model
* glitch with your ROM (OS)
* Lack of free space
* some random program you "uninstalled" but is still there.Every now and then it is good to back up your contacts & format your device!

Sometimes PointUI and Windows Mobile seem to hate eachother and declare war on themselves. I think PointUI silently battles in the background for survival, but in the end Windows Mobile wins because.. Well because Windows Mobile is cheap that way.
Anyways, seriously. I think Windows and PointUI try to kill eachother occasionally. I've noticed that frequently a Windows alert (error, ect) will freeze PointUI.
