Ladies and gentlemen,
Android is an upcomming platform we must face all. However as we are all bound to our providers and windows mobile phones we have to get around this issue. Android is being ported, but not yet succesfull. I do not say everyone should take android or even consider it, I just wanted to share an idea.
As we are on the pointui forum, where idea's can be posted, I can safely make a suggestion. As i lately been really interrested in this platform and its ease in going around with the platform.. i though why not convert a little of the pointui to do that for us and at the same time keep all the pros of pointui and even wm itself?
So what do we need?

possibility to adjust applet idea's into the core of pointui itself.
So what do i intend.. yes the sliding function of android to be built into pointui :) we already have applets and so on which can provide with the other things.
i do not intend to touch any copyrights, but as far as i know its open source. so why not use its idea to the benifit of a pointui idea?
think of it..
click on the slidetabbutton - will bring up menu/bookmarks/contacts/history or something like the menu button on android
slide the slidetabbutton open - will bring up a sort of instant program browser. with customizable buttons... or a sort of addition screen to the applet that is activated on that moment... or instant notifications
We can think of all kind of ideas. I do not long for a merge but more like an android customisable feature for pointui ;) like an applet or theme switch
