Hey, I saw your posts on my themes/mods, sorry I never really addressed them. With more devices moving toward wide resolutions, applet devs seem to use that space in ways that can't be rearranged for square screens. I would offer my theming abilities if somebody makes a square-screen mod for any popular applet, but I'm not familiar enough with development to rearrange anything that drastically. I'm glad you liked my works, sorry I can't be of more help!

Thanks for the reply....AT&T just introduced the Propel Pro which is a non-touchscreen 320x320 device with slide-out keyboard. The form factor and display size is gaining volume and we 320x320 owners would like to utilize our screen real estate better. Any ideas on how to do this within Pointui would be most welcomed. I have put off moving to Pointui 2.030b because of the Forum posts complaining that the Applets are now left adjusted on 320x320 displays instead of centered as in .18b/.28e.

True - I was thinking of the Samsung Omnia i900, HTC Pro2 and Diamond2, and Touch HD. Wide screens are popular for media playback and web browsing in landscape. Personally, the proportions of my qVGA Touch seem pretty reasonable, so no point arguing the relative merits of any particular proportions, what you really need is someone familiar enough with the code to rearrange applets as you like them, it shouldn't be too difficult (with some trial and error, I changed some coordinate values to improve applets for my own use).

I just got a palm treo pro. I've tested a few QVGA applets out on the 320x320 screen. They work but I'd much rather have a 320x320 applet. I'm familiar with programming so I'm thinking about modding some of the existing applets. I'll work on them and if I ever have time to finish them I'll post them.

Landon,
Thanks for your generous offer....I'd look at modifying the Pointsense Applet as it has everything included.

That would be super cool. If you need any help testing and with graphics (i'm a professional graphic/web designer) let me know since I use a Sprint Treo Pro as well.
