    UPDATE: changed to .30, it works well, only the futro cal still has bugs, so yea, .28e doesnt work with this

    AHHH I see now. I actually have that bar on background, otherwise it looks kinda silly in landscape. Since you have a taller screen, it's getting messed up somehow.

    I see what you mean about the menu bar being messed up now as well. Any ideas on what I need to do fix it?

    On the AP/HP thing, I assumed all the battery and comm managers were the same across all WM phones, but I guess not. Let me look into it some more.

    that's actually the date/time clock that's built-in to Pointui. I have HomeScreen.Title.Selected.jif and HomeScreen.Title.jif set to 1x1px so it kicks it up out of the way. If I left them out it would just find the files in the Default theme.

    If you want to make it disappear, delete/rename those from the Futro and Default theme folders.

    As you can see the background is mis aligned. To get the background to align correctly i had to set home to auto align background and now it looks like the last picture posted above on this page. Im using Omnia i900. Everything else works well and yes as u can see i have the menu bar problem. Look forward to seeing future developments :)

    hey Warder, is there anyway to move the other applets downward abit when applying you theme? coz since then, their upper edges seem to stuck to the top of the screen, leaving so much valuable blank space

    Hate seeming picky but heres what landscape looks like, theres a few issues with the 'calls' button and not being able to use the search bar.

    Just helping you to improve, this theme has taken over all my interest in any other themes and i could keep it just how it is now.

    oh...my...god...this is sick, man! maybe when its ready, someone, somewhere will make this vga one day. if not i might just have to get a qvga phone. if only i knew anything about anything id try and do it myself!

    I've been looking at some of the pro docs and it looks like the text itself is editable so we should be able to fix the menu bar letters for a pro theme at least.

    I think I'll try to figure out the 4 launcher buttons and then finish up what I have as a static background for your (awesome) theme for now, and wait on doing the panorama idea until costp releases the new version of Panoramizer and I learn more about the pro edition (I hit a couple snags that I'll need to figure out)

    I'm no programmer I just like being creative, but I'll dive into it to see if I can get it to work. As soon as I have it ready I'll run it past you for approval.

    Oh yeah, I changed the binary clock .cs file to retrieve the futro versions of the buttons but now the applet won't load. Any trick to it?

    The applet won't load (meaning it kicks over to a different applet) or the dots aren't showing up? If it kicks over to a different applet, there's something really wrong - a major typo or characters where they shouldn't be. If the images aren't loading, either it's not finding them or a minor typo is stopping it from running the entire script. Try reverting back and see if it works if you don't see anything out of place. You could upload your cs file or email it to me at admin (at) hp2133guide.com if you wanted as well.

    Yeah, the applet just doesn't load. I switched it back to the original and it fired up.

    It may be that I'm missing something. I just changed the path on the 2 qvga lines (just added in futro.) I looked through the entire code (talk about a lot of work you did for that!) but didn't see any other place to change the path at.

    I can guarantee you I'm overlooking something...

    EDIT: Thanks Werzil... hopefully it turns out good...

    I had another thought about this during dinner....What program did you open the file up in? I use Notepad++ and it puts the line returns in as Unix format - so it you used just regular Notepad, or another app that doesn't properly detect them, it could've borked things when you saved it.

    i just used the normal notepad on my phone and opened the file with resco explorer. its always worked before but you might be right. ill check again when i get home from work...

    I love this... downloaded it before Bethsoft tries to kill it!

    Had 2 problems though:
    1. Background wrong size (fixed - see earlier post)
    and
    2. I was using the blackberry Theme before this and now i have the Futro Search button, and the blackberry search button on my screen.

    Any suggestions?

    Tristan (Samsung Omnia i900/ 3 Australia/ Home 2 Free 0.30)

    pS has any one else noticed that the contacts button has been replaced with a bookmarks instead. Any way to get it back?

    @datristan: the contacts and bookmarks button has been replaced since build 2.0.28, there is no way to get it back...unless u go Pro, it just came out.
    - And for the black berry search button, u should use a transparent JIF then rename it to the Search button JIF file then place it to the folder of the theme u are using

    hmmm, it's not as simple as that, Pro version only u more of customisation and a better coding, so it's possible for themers with a good knowledge of coding to do so, i'm not good with it tho, lol, so i guess u gotta have to wait for those pro guys in the community to do that.

    P.S: in one of the thread I saw they were talking about updates for Pro, so i guess more options are coming (make things easier for us, of course)

    It took me a while to find the name of the buttons so if anyone else is having the same problems; download the file on reply 48 and rename it as the follwoing 4 files.
    > Button.Homescreen.Search.jif
    > Button.Homescreen.Search.Selected.jif
    > Button.Homescreen.landscape.Search.jif
    > Button.Homescreen.landscape.Search.Selected.jif

    Then copy them into your theme.

    wow.... this is the sickest theme i have ever seen for a PPC, you really did an awesome job on this!!!

    i just hope that at least a couple more matching themed applets are made for this theme before calling it a day...

    please take these into consideration...
    -calendar with matching theme
    -weather with matching theme also (maybe even green neon weather icons)
    -a wallpaper to be used on s2u2 or a lock screen

    Just a re-skinned version mardy88's awesome weather applet. I've tested QVGA some, but I don't have a VGA phone so it might not work so hot there. I'll have a friend test it out tomorrow though.

    i see that u've made some changes with ur theme (i.e: the 4 main buttons didn't have any box b4, also ur wallpaper without the annoying lines for the buttons at the bottom), now it's even more awesome, hehe
