    UPDATE:
    Beta release Windows Phone 7 (WP7) styled applet now available (QVGA & VGA)! See post #8 below for download...

    Full WP7 suite is 95% complete, and will be coming soon in a new thread of its own...

    ADRENALINE SUITE V2:

    This suite was born from the great capt_harlock77, creator of the Device Manager Applet! V2 of the suite now combines efforts from both capt_harlock77 and NorrinRadd to offer a more complete suite and experience with less need to apply many "mods". This suite though not targeted to a specific device runs especially well for older devices due to the use of native Home2 functions, look/feel, and minimal graphics use. Despite this, it provides many enhancements/extensions of existing Home2 applets as well as providing newer/advanced functions such as swipe gestures and a screen lock. It will also, with the exception of Temp Unit and GMT automatically adjust various displayed data based on your phone's regional settings.

    The Suite:
    Hydrogen - Home/Clock applet, 3 versions to choose from; original flipclock, digital-clock, and analog clock. Digital and analog clock provides additional information including various PIM counts/indicators, Google News, current month calendar (only in analog clock), more weather details, and gestures support.

    Calcium - Full calendar applet with month and week views, color coding via customizeable categories, appointment lists, and swipe gestures support.

    Carbon - Control Panel applet, also features an enhancement that ensures Pointui Phone app always starts after a reset (more reliable than delay feature in Pointui Phone itself).

    Silver - Agenda/Appointments applet. Basically an extension of the Home2 version that includes a customizaeble agenda, appointments list, and category colors for individual appointments.

    Tantalum - Tasks applet based on Silver applet, which includes quick task sorts/filters (which are semi-customizeable), task status/completion color coding, and is based on GTD (Getting Things Done) productivity principles.

    Phosphorus - Album/Photos applet based on Home2 native, but extended to include gesture swiping, animations, and a set wallpaper function.

    Tungsten - Weather applet based on blueocean's wonderful accuweather applet, but extended to add gesture swiping to move between cities as well as including additional weather info like wind, humidity, and visibility.

    Supporting Suite Functions:
    HomeScreen TitleBar - A Titlebar that includes a startmenu, applet indicator/menu, running programs access, meters access, sounds/profiles/connections functions, default Comm Mgr access, and Home2 close/restart features.

    Samarium - Auto-Sounds & Profile Manager

    Curium - Connections Manager

    Screenlock & 1st Applet Refocus - A screenlock created by a great community member, cardefbel has been extended to include landscape mode. 1st Applet refocus gives the ability to return to your Home/1st applet from any applet. Note: This is a ScreenHome.cs mod.

    System Meters - System Meters pulldown that displays memory, storage, volume, and screen information graphically. It also allows realtime adjustment of speaker/ringer volume and screen brightness via gesture swipes. Note: This is a ScreenHome.cs mod.

    References - Modified the right-softkey so it no longer displays/launches just url shotcuts, but allows setting of a start folder and to launch any file type as long as it has an associated program (requires installation of MortScript 4.2+ to work).

    Universal Suite Settings Menu - Each applet has their own specific configuration settings that can be accessed within the applet, but this universal settings menu contains all Adrenaline Suite Applets and general suite settings in one location.

    Note: Detailed Suite usage can be found in the FAQ Section (see post #4 below)...

    Installation:
    1. Backup your entire Home2 dir. Always do this before applying any new change should you need to revert back due to issues.
    2. Unzip entire contents of your chosen package to your Home2 dir. Note: default package uses Hydrogen Analog Clock version.
    2a. For original Hydrogen Flipclock version download Hydrogen-Original.zip and unzip to Home2 dir (it will unzip each file to their correct directories).
    2b. For Hydrogen Digital Clock version download Hydrogen-Digiclock.zip and unzip to Home2\AppletRibbon\Hydrogen dir, replacing the existing file.
    3. Download and install MortScript from here.
    4. Restart Home2
    VGA-Only Steps:
    1. After doing the above steps you will still not have complete VGA graphics as I don't have a VGA device to extract certain Home2 files to. As long as you backed everything up before applying the suite and you still have the Home2 original Slideshow, Today, Appointments, and Tasks applets you can get them.
    2. Phosphorus VGA files...
    2a. Copy all .jif files from Home2\AppletRibbon\Slideshow to \Home2\AppletRibbon\Phosphorus dir, including the .jpg file.
    3. Silver VGA files...
    3a. Copy all .jif files from Home2\AppletRibbon\Appointments to \Home2\AppletRibbon\Silver dir
    3. Tantalum VGA files...
    3a. Copy all .jif files from Home2\AppletRibbon\Tasks to \Home2\AppletRibbon\Tantalum dir
    4. Google VGA logo...
    4a. Copy Logo.News.Provider.jif from Home2\AppletRibbon\Today to \Home2\Themes\Default dir

    Note: This suite uses/modifies ScreenHome.cs, which is a commonly used file on other suites. Thus you cannot use this suite in conjection with others, though some suites do provide workarounds...

    EXTRAS:

    Windows Phone 7 Styled Start Screen Applet:
    Windows Phone 7 (WP7) inspired applet! Works with or without Hydrogen Applet, but it will make changes to the ScreenHome.cs file.
    Note: This applet is only made to work with the Adrenaline Suite, but could easily be modded to work for others or on its own. Before applying, backup your entire Home2 dir.

    FYI
    With this applet you need only run just the Tungsten applet alongside as it has all functions of other Adrenaline Suite applets. Thus, just 2 applets total (WP7 aka Sulfur and Tungsten).

    QVGA version (including 3 versions of Hydrogen) is now available for download. VGA version should be up later this week, sorry I want to ensure good quality graphics and I don't want to miss any files.

    I will upload a detailed FAQ later explaining all aspects and usage of the suite, just way too tired right now...

    Note for VGA users only:
    If you already have VGA versions of the original V1 Adrenaline suite and/or newer VGA images (i.e., from DigiClock test versions) from the previous Adrenaline thread and cannot wait... You can download this version, just don't apply the graphics in the zip files. This will work for Original and DigiClock versions of Hydrogen only.

    For those VGA users who want the Analog version of Hydrogen and can't wait you can do the above as well, but you will need to find and download Monte's WideWideHome VGA clock cab for PointSense and copy the "Big" jif files to the Home2\Themes\Default\Adrenaline\ClockA dir, replacing all files.

    @victorjr:
    Which 3 dots are you referrig to? If in Tungsten you have to ClickHold it to access settings menu to update your cities. For the calendar applet be sure that you copied the Colors.xml file in zip to your Home2\Common\Adrenaline dir. If you mean the appt's list though those graphics are from the Home2\Themes\Default\Adrenaline dir in the zip called calendar.*.jif. Ensure these files were copied over to your phone and you restarted Home2. Sorry, I am still slowly writing up the FAQ section which should answer most usage questions...

    All:
    FAQ section in post #4 is complete, please refer there for suite usage.

    @victorjr:
    Waiting for your screenshot, but anybody else having the same problem?

    @GrPaz:
    ClickHold Home2 phone/call history button to lock and nope, locks just the screen for now. I am in the process of writing a small .Net app to lock the hardware keys as they do not have any reg settings to do so. Very doable via .Net, but just been too busy lately as I've been meaning to write one for almost a year now, back when capt first came out with his Device Manager applet's cool auto-lock feature. If successful I'll post and any devs can use it with their Applets/Suites... and Thanks!

    This is a GREAT concept. But, it's taking 1-2 minutes to load, and clicking menu (Point stuff) is extremely slow as well.

    Edit: The Hydrogen applet is what is slow. Choosing the old version, is a night and day difference in speed (improvement).

    @bjcolema:
    Yes, the suite will take awhile to load, but once loaded there should only be minimal slowdown, if any. Which version were you using (Digi-Clock or Analog Clock)? Digi-Clock is faster than Analog Clock due to no calendar. When I initially created both they did slow things down quite a bit, but I took out all timers, except for the clock which on my HTC Wing almost tripled the speed making it nearly as fast as the old flipclock version. It is slower, but only barely as all Pointui menus, switching to an from landscape mode is extremely fast. For me using Analog Clock Pointui menus access and return are near instant to half a second, while switching to landscape and back is about 1-2 seconds and once in wm app or outside of Home2 everything is instant response-wise. Can you post your device and specs, here's mine... thx

    My Device Specs:
    T-Mobile WING
    OMAP850 201mhz CPU OC'd to 260mhz w/ 312mhz speed boosts via HomeScreen++
    JustHome ROM v11 by ivanmmj (most stable WM6.5 Wing ROM I've found)
    OS: WM6.5 build 21725 (most stable WM6.5 for me and WM6.5.x just tanks my phone)
    After Home2 1st starts I have 14mb available mem, goes down to about 8mb and stays there.
    I have 13mb of free storage and use Home2's default image threshold setting (which is the max) to offload large images to storage vs memory.

    Also, when running ActiveSync Home2 performance will definitely bog down, just remember to kill activesync after disconnect to gain back mem and performance. I also use SKTools scheduler function to do a mem cleanup of my RAM once a day to offset wm's mem leakage (it's not a Home2 issue, rather wm). Be sure to try to keep your Phosphorus photos dir limited to around 50 pics as any more has an effect on Home2 performance. Lastly, I am running just 5 applets (Analog Clock Hydrogen, Phosphorus, Silver, Tantalum, and Tungsten) as I don't need Calcium due to new Hydrogen and most Carbon functions can be accessed from the suite's Titlebar anyways. I noticed I also got a small speed and mem improvement, removing these 2 applets.

    If anyone else is also having speed issues with the suite please post which version of Hydrogen you use, how many applets you have, if you're running suite in conjuction with another or have other mods not part of the suite as well as your device details. If many are having issues with slowness, then I can upload a version without the meters, change calendar in analog clock version of Hydrogen to not update today highlight makiing the user manually update it, and potentially removing analog clock feature to speed things up...

    one question about the faq, were is the pointui phone button. And yea, that is the only, I get tittlebar from applet, but nothing more
    edit: I have no idea ow to exit the meters, and is it right that when you are in vibrate mode, the speaker settings don't do anything.

    @victorjr,

    Use Mymobiler to capture screenshots. Do a Google search. You have to connect your device with a PC via USB cable & install. One part installs on the PC and another part on your device. Save the screenshot as a .PNG

    I use it myself.

    CleanRAM is another tool you can use for this, and it's free :)

    @NorrinHarlock:

    Thanks for yet more impressive work.

    Hi,

    maybe I lost a bit the "overview" while hopping from link to link... but: Is it possible, to block the GPRS/EDGE/MMS connection via a button-press and to enable it?

    Thank you!

    @victorjr:
    Pointui Phone button is the 1st of the 4 standard bottom buttons just above the softkeys, also known as the call history button. I've modifed it such that it's clickhold even performs a screenlock based on cardefbel's version.
    To close meters I'm guessing you're having issues as no graphics are displaying for you, since at the bottom the meters screen is an image icon you click to close meters. Please post a screenshot of also your \Home2\Themes\Default\Adrenaline dir contents... partha_rc's MyMobiler recommendation is an excellent choice!

    @ganzee:
    Thanks! :D

    @rehmt:
    Yes & No! The suite via Connections Manager aka "Curium" (access be clicking titlebar) allows you to end a GPRS/Data Connection but not initiate it. Depending on how your network settings have been defined your phone should automatically intiate it when trying to do something requiring the internet if not already connected via AS/Wifi.

    Try changing HTC phone type and brightness level in the Universal Adrenaline Settings menu by clickholding Messages button and going to general menu option.

    Hi NorrinHarlock,

    thank you for your very fast(!) reply! Is the "Connection manager aka "curium"" the same connection manager as in the "Control Panel" of the "Device Manager"? Than I got it (Or is the "Device Manager" an older work of yours? If so, where can I find "Curium"?)! "Curium" does not appear within the Adrenaline-suite 300909/91013...

    I installed the Adrenaline-Suite, but I think I made something wrong: Neither "Carbon" nor "Calcium" does work.
    "Carbon" has no symbols attached to the buttons and touching them will make no other action than adding a beautiful lightshine around them... Did I copy the icons/img and the cs/xml into the wrong folders?
    "Calcium" also has no connection to the devices calander. Tipping on "calcium" brings just a nice blue glow to the touched field.

    Sorry for bothering you, but I´m new...

    Thank you and best regards!!!

    @NorrinHarlock,

    The default Hydrogen applet is nice. The analog clock in the backgound is so cool. One small question - how to change the day for the starting of the week? The default is Monday but I want to make it Sunday.

    I had to uninstall Pointsense ver.2011 to be able to use this but I don't regret it. This suite works brilliantly for now.
