[REQ] Applet for additional shortcuts

    i don't know if this is possible or not, but would be nice even if i have to edit a xml to configure the shortcuts.

    Yes, quite possible as have created a POC Meters applet (almost done, just adding finishing touches and will post soon) which displays Battery, Memory, CPU Speed, Main Memory space, Storage Card space, CPU temp, and clicking each meter will open appropriate settings function like Power, Backlight, Memory, etc. So adding an applet with Icons of the program you want and assigning each an onClick to launch your desired application is very possible.
