    @ramses31,

    Your modified pointsensewidgetscontainer.cs works perfectly. I have all 4 widgets working on my HTC Gene.

    @ramses31,

    I am attaching the pointsensewidgetscontainer.cs file from hhm's mod. Could you check it out and make any changes necessary so that I could use hhm's mods as well as your wonderful widgets.

    The previous file caused hhm's widgets to stop working. There was one other small problem. In the appointment widget, 7 days appointments are always displayed. Even when I specified 2 days or 1 day, 7 days appointments would always be displayed. Is there a workaround for this problem?

    Hi
    I have a small request if it is possible. Currently on my device the standard appointments widget does not work properly. Your widget on the other hand works very well, and it is also fast. The only down side is that it is big, and on my small screen it takes a lot of space. Could you please make a smaller version, just a little bigger as the standard widget, and showing the alarm, and the first two upcoming appointments? Without the small list with numbers on the bottom left side.

    Hi everybody,
    I've made a new widget with GPS stuff like speed, heading, altitude and of course coordinates. See the post on the first page for more details.

    Hi body, you did great job, but I got prolem. it looks your products cannot match the pointsens Message widget, I have to copy the original cs file if I use message widget, and then your widget no logner would be add to screen, do you have solution?

    Hi,
    PointSenseWidgetsContainer.cs file has to be modified for each group of widgets. As I can't predict which one you are going to use, it's your work to modify it. If it doesn't contain references to the widgets you use, they won't display... if it references widgets you didn't install, PointUI won't work. So it's very hard to give one that will fit every one. That's why there is in my first post a documentation to modify this file to be able to use my widgets.

    Hi. This might seem like a stupid question but how do you get to the settings for each widget? I tried pressing on each widget for a few seconds but I just get the pointsense "location" function for the widget. Thanks.

    Congratulations and thanks for your widgets. I have 2 small issues, may you can help me resolve:
    - in RAMGPS the green goes on, but apparently no GPS fix is obtained. where can I check which port the widget monitors for the GPS data ?
    - in RAMCOMM the Bluetooth is always shown on, irrespective of its actual status. Is this an issue you have faced ?
    I am running the tool on an ACER S200. Thanks in advance

    Hi crosstest.

    For the GPS I don't know. I use PointUI API and I think there is no way to define the port.
    For BT it worked well on my previous phone but dosn't on my new one (same problem as yours). So I made a fix cause BT API doesn't seem to work on all devices. I'll post the new version soon when I'll finish other small corrections on my widgets.

    Hi everybody,

    Here is a new version for Ramses widgets. It includes :

    RamCnxManager
    Bug fix for Bluetooth on specific devices. Pointui APIs don't work for specific devices lihe HTC HD2. So now I use the registry for BT settings.

    RamProfile
    Silent mode bug fix. Sometimes display was not well refreshed when choosing the silent mode. It also vibrates now when you choose the silent mode.

    RamGPS
    You can now add a shortcut on the compass rectangle to launch your device compass software if you have one.
    There is a new transitory state with orange led. This state is activated when you start the GPS. The led turns green when GPS is activated.
    I've fixed a bug for rounded coordinates and one for coordinates display (there was sometime not enough space).

    Does not work for me. I can select the widget but it does not appear on the screen.

    Any idea what could be wrong? I am running latest Pointsense with hhm's mods. QVGA device.

    Hi partha,

    Did you update your PointSenseWidgetsContainer.cs file as indicated in the first post ? This kind of problem often comes from this mistake.

    Sweet set of widgets. Especially the battery meter and GPS. But like ANVAN above, I can't figure out how to access the widgets' settings pages. Is that documented anywhere?

    Stumbled into the settings page by chance. Here's for the next guy:

    Press and hold the widget until the PointSense move/resize screen appears. Then press the widget once to switch to the widget settings screen.

    Did not work for me. I only get the home screen without the top and bottom bars. I cannot swipe or tap on anything on the screen.

    Any solutions??

    OK problem solved. I used the modified PointsenseWidgetsContainer from Post 31 above. Now everything works.

    Cant use this..
    I zipped the file, did de widgets in widgets folder, and did the common file in the Home2/common file..
    What did i wrong?
    If i want to add a widgets, its in the list, i tap on Ramses, it opens 5 widgets, but if i click on one of the widgets, it doesnt do a thing...
    Please help me, i want to use this Widget!

    Hi leon,
    did you leave the widgets in the ramses folder? You should just drag the folder Ramses into the widgets folder. Did you update the pointsensewidgetscontainer.cs? If not try the one on post 31.
