    heres an idea.... how bout the center tab on the bottom where the pointui icon is (replacing the arrrow in the middle with pointui icon unless you can change it) and the four main buttons in the canter look like the android icons like this in order, phone icon, market icon, contact icon, and messaging icon. android has those icons and it will look good due to the fact that they will look like the android headset cuz they are commonly placed in that position. as well as a simple clock applet which shows the android clock in the middle and nothing else

    you have to rename the standard-theme and restart PointUI so you have a "Clean" view on the Top

    works really nice :) got it to work now :)

    i see that the applet has influence on the whole api by reveiling or hiding the menubar..
    would be really nice if the slider button could be everywhere with every applet :) but of course thats hard :)

    clock moving is a bit awkward.. rather have drag an drop.. but hey it works !

    great job mate! really nice

    here a quik good picture:

    yes, drag and drop would be nice, but you know, that's not possible for the moment :-(

    and the slider is just on this applet, yes!

    :P of course i was to fast again .. the drag and drop wont be possible of course due to the sliding of pointui.. no prob mate keep it like this.

    for the rest.. what do you intend to do for the slider and the upper bar for the energy and other status meters? it would be best if it could be inserted into the pointui itself instead of by applet.. or do you intend to make a piece of code that could be inserted into any applet? like monte with the panoramic applet mod?

    nice background btw :P

    I hope that version 2.1 will be released soon and we can use classes from different files, so i can create a class that should be implemented in every applet you want to use with this mod! but in the actual version it is not possible!

    what about the pro version? like injecting it in pointui itself as the upcomming customisation applet?

    looking forward to it

    plz buy it mate.. its really nice :) 20 bucks is not too much.. its for me actually also the first time buying something with paypall .. and i am quite happy about it!

    onward with the topic.. i was thinking of making the menubar style more like the original menutoption style like in

    for the slidingupward of the androidbutton .. i'd like to see the technique that jo_keks built for its own slidetoday in it :).. it lets it really slide :)

    but of course its not mandatory just a nice touch ! even nice would be if it works as the acutal android slider.. you can really slide it open.. but i dont know if pointui supports that

    Amazing work GrPaZ!!
    Oh and, +1 for QVGA!

    Btw, I have one suggestion, the movable clock is nice idea, but could you make an option to lock its position?

    @strages:

    it still slides, but perhaps i configured it to fast so you think it's just there. What do youe mean with

    even nice would be if it works as the acutal android slider
    ?

    @rayraven:
    the clock ist locked after another click. in the future you will have to make a onclickhold to move it and perhaps an option after sliding up to lock the sublets on the screen, so the onclickhold can be used for other functions, for example going to the clockapplication!

    @all:
    i work on the Titlebar icons at the moment, but if anyone has the time to do this for me it would be perfect! i would like to have it in an height of 32px the width is not important!there for is my signal-PSD-File

    hah.. GrPaz.. dont know if you still know that i said i was looking for the original icons used in android itself? I know you found some.. maybe you found all, however I found everything :) A bit of good searching on xda developers made it all clear XD

    Its all one big mess atm.. all kind of unneeded files and so on.. still searching through all the files and so on, however i got all the battery icons for example and so forth! :)

    Will upload everything clean as soon as i got them nicely packed together :)

    for the sliding: i dont know if you ever tried to use a android phone. but you can dragslide the button upwards.. it feels really nifty :)

    ----update---

    okay extracted all image files and font files out of all the crap that was stuffed between them. You can download them here:

    Download Android Source Images and Fonts

    what i basicly did was unrarring all the apk files out of the file at the bottom from this topic xda link

    so thats solved.. one problem with the images for the status bar -> they are 25 px original cause android is not yet developed for vga or wvga devices.. so we have to scale those up and clean m.

    so the task for you is which images you want to have and use :).. i could help with cleaning them up and bringing them to whatever resolution you want them.

    ---update---

    uploaded them also to pointui forum - just download all the files extract them to the same map. than unrar the files that where unzipped again to the same map :) be sure to use winrar ! had to split the files in to seperate archive files and than into zip cause pointui forum doesnt support .rar files

    hi guys, had a long weekend...will continue now! the icons are great, but they don't work with the png2jif.exe...i think i have to convert them first with photoshop or gimp!

    perhaps you can check this,too?
