This is a Frequently asked questions section I made for sense suite to help people get answer to problems they may have. This will also have tutorials soon with video's also. If anyone would like me to add anything in please just post it for me to add to the list.

0.1 - Always install on your device unless you are doing Bypass install. The cabs will overwrite the files with the new ones accordingly.
0.2 - A normal install of Sense Suite will be assumeing you have pointui installed and working normal. If you already customized pointui you may run into problems installing. For normal install first close pointui if it is running. Next install Sense Suite cab and make sure you install to your device(this is where pointui should be installed to). Once complete load pointui up. Then press and hold for 2 seconds on the ^ menu and go to customize and change your theme to sensesuite. (That step may be obsolete soon).
0.3 - The manual install is just like the normal install except you install to your sd card. Once done installing copy all files from sd card to device memeory then change theme. This is used if your bottom bar doesnt change sometimes.
0.4 - If you install correctly and your bottom bar isnt setup correctly try to do a manual install and see if that helps. Some devices dont overwrite all files correctly and manual install should help fix it.
0.5 - If you havent setup pointui to auto run all you need to do is load your today settings from startmenu or where ever you have your shortcut and click on today items and put a checkbox for pointui or home2.
0.6 - Presh and hold for 2 seconds on the ^ menu from the main home screen. Then choose customize and you should see a list of options. Choose theme and select Sense Suite.
0.7 - With v 1.* the accuweather update script causes alot of freezes and lockups with devices. This issue has been fixed for v2.*. If you get these I would suggest updating to v2.* or disabling the weather auto updating.

1.1 - To access the default pointui menu just press and hold for 2 seconds on the ^ button on the lower left of the home screen menu.
1.2 - To access the applet menu to change applets or add or remove them just press the + menu in the lower right corener of the home screen menu.
1.3 - To access any sense suit optoins or settings just press and hold for 2 seconds on the + menu and it will show you any options you can change. Just touch any option and it will change it.
1.4 - To access the quicklaunch menu just press on the large center main menu button. If you have the pro version you will be able to change the button under quicklaunch.
1.5 - To access the device dialer just press and hold for 2 seconds on the center main home screen button.
1.6 - If you have any notifications the home center button will highlight or become brighter. If you click on it once it will show the notification normally.

2.1 - To add or remove applets load the applet menu and select the + sign on one section to add a new applet into the list or select the - in the upper corner to remove any applets.

3.1 - To change the city on the weather applet just press and hold for 2 seconds on the weather icon and select favorite citys. Then either hit the x on any city to remove it from the list or click add to add a new city from your city database list.
3.2 - to change the city on the home screen clock press and hold for 2 conds on the time and go under select city and choose what city you want to display under the clock.
3.3 - In current release to add a new city you must manually edit 2 files to get the city to show in your list. First depending on your locations get the cities.xml file and your country.xml files. Open the cities.xml file and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list add a blank line right before the </ROWDATA>. Next copy the previous line of code from end to end. It should be like this ( <ROW id="3610" cityName="Warren" region="" state="OH" country="United States" latitude="0" longitude="0" accuweatherCode="NAM|US|OH|WARREN" timezone="300" msid="35"/> ). Now all you have to do is add 1 to the ID field: 3611 in this case, type in your city name, region is blank for now, state for state( blank if u dont have states ), country is your country, lat& long 0, accuweather = Countinent | Country | State | City , timezone and msid copy from another city above close to you i dont think msid is used with sense suite. Then reload pointui and it should be at the end in your country.
3.4 - Press and hold for 2 seconds on the + menu from the home screen menu. Under that menu u will see the interval update settings and manual update setting. Either updates will update all the weather widgets on any of the sense pages.

6.1 - From the sensescreen applet press and hold on the screen in an empty space for 2 seconds and it should bring up the menu to add any shortcuts. If you already have to many icons or the max u must remove one first then add one. To remove one just press and hold on the icon for the shortcut and select the red X.
6.2 - Press and hold on the shortcut you want to change the icon or text of for 2 seconds. Select the * settings option and you should see the settings. Choose either change icon and go to the icon directory and select the file. Also change the caption text on or off by selecting the text field.
6.3 - The way the shortcut widget works is it links the widget to load the .lnk file info and run it. A .lnk file is just a text document that has a pointer in it. So if you wanted to make say a shortcut to load a specific file u would make a .txt file and put inside the following text ( 51#"\Program Files\Total Commander\cecmd.exe" ) without the (). Save this file and then rename to .lnk and if you run it on your device it would load total commander. The 51 is how many characters the command is inside the "". EX: 21#\windows\notepade.exe If your path to file contains spaces you must put quotes around the command but do not include this in the char count number. This also works with websites. EX: 19#http://www.hell.com this would load the default browser and load the site.

7.1 To add a widget just press and hold for 2 seconds on any of the sense screens background and select what type or kind of widget you want to add.
7.2 To remove a widget press and hold on the widget and select the red X.
7.3 Press and hold on a widget for 2 seconds and use the arrows to move the widget around on the screen.
99.1 Change the operator icon

99.1 - to change the icon replace the .jif file under ( Home2\PointSense\Theme\operator ) the operator icon if u dont have one will be the name of whatever operator text is displayed while the icon is not there. Ex: Alltel = Alltel.jif, Verizon Wireless= Verizon Wireless.jif The image should be 25px tall by 100px wide (VGA).
99.2 - To enable or disable the pointui screen lock feature just go into the customize menu under the default pointui menu and change the auto lock device option to off.
