Cute:-) Can one change the keyborad layout from "AZERTY" (probably French) to "QWERTY"?
Did someone else test the applet ? notice some bugs ?

I love the on-applet keyboard, it opens a great opportunity for facebook/messaging/etc. applets!

would there be any chance to develop an on screen phonepad style keyboard... ideal for one handed typing... this would be very good for other things... like mesaging and other applets..
Tested it .. The only issue I found (don't know whether it is a bug) so far: When I send a tweet, my picture is shown in the friends list, but no pictures from others are shown.
It is also slow, when browsing to the next screen -even with wifi enabled.
Other then that: It is quite stable, works perfectly - Nice work!
A qwerty keyboard would be realy appreciated ;-)

can you correct the bug for transparency icons background, or is a winmo general problem that can't handle opacity etc..?

I Will try to integrate a customizable keyboard in the next release.
Concerning the transparents Png, this is the way Pointui (or maybe winmo also) is rendering them.
greevink, for the bug you repported I will investigate, because I never noticed this behaviour.

mmmh I think you didn't read the documentation ;)
You have to fill the Settings.xml file in the applet folder with your login, password.

Well, you may want to consider editing your 1st post to explain that. I don't know about most others, but most of these applets don't require reading documentation to figure them out and isn't something that I do to start off with. There is no mention anywhere regarding this except in the documentation.
Maybe just a note in your 1st post along the lines of: "Read documentation to learn how to log in" or "Make sure you read documentation before you get started".
Just a suggestion as I wouldn't be surprised if you got a few asking the same thing I did.

Since yesterday, August 6th, my Home @ TwitUI remains empty after I issue an update. It seems to occur since the downtime twitter had, because of the DDOS attack. Other clients do still wotk though.. Anyone else experience the same issue?
Same issue here.
I juist installed it today so i thought i did something wrong.

Doesnt work on my QVGA....
I read many more articles regard the Twitter API, it seems there are still problems since the DDOS attack, I tried PockeTwit, and I got connection problems as well. I believe it has nothing to do with TwitUI :)

Hi All,
Thanks for your feedback, it seems that the Twitter API is not really stable currently, so we have to be patient since they solve this. For me it is working sometimes.
For the QVGA version as I wrote in the documentation, currently the keyboard is not optimised for this screen size, this will come in the next versions.

Hey..I'm using a Samsung i780 and the problem I have with this is that I can't actually use my physical keyboard to type in the characters. Also, the on screen keyboard bleeds out of the screen so I can only see two lines of characters. Any way to fix this?
All in all, really impressed with the app though :)

one bug, i cannot see "clear the cache" in the configuration screen.
in addition, i cannot see the pictures of my friends at all.....

Hi suree_n, In fact I drop the "Clear the cache" function from the final release, it will be back (I hope) In next versions.
To get the pictures of your friends, you should update the screen "Friends" than the picture should be displayed in all the other screens.
