   Needs Pointui v2.1 or higher.

   Hi Friends,

   Having taken inspiration from the ML Stock Ticker by MarcLandis, I take pleasure in presenting a full-fledged Stocks Portfolio Manager Applet which manages upto 15 portfolio stocks and 15 watchlist stocks in real-time.

   Here are the features/instructions for usage :
   1. Main Screen -
   a. Value of Total Investments
   b. Networth as on date
   c. Total Gain/Loss
   d. Day's Gain/Loss
   e. Day's Max. Gainer Stock
   f. Day's Max. Loser Stock
   g. Flashing Notifications for Stop Loss
   h. Settings for Scrips Update interval ( Select appropriate Time interval in Settings for Automatic Update)
   i. Notifcation Settings
   j. Manual Update Option(click on the Applet Icon on the top left for Manual Update)
   k. Click on the individual notifications to make them inivislbe (Go to

   Settings

   and select

   Remove Notification

   for permanently removing a notification)
   

   2. Details Screen -
   a. Details of Individual Portfolio Stocks( up to 15 stocks)
   b. Total Gain/Day's Gain Views (click on the Applet Icon on the top left to toggle views)
   
   c. Stock Details can be maintained by clicking on the stock strip and entering details in the format :
   Scrip Code:Number of Stocks:Buy Price e.g. GOOG:50:400
   
   Quotes are downloaded from Yahoo Finance. Hence the scrip-codes can be obtained from the same link.
   d. Setting to remove Portfolio Stocks
   

   3. Watchlist Screen -
   a. Details of Individual Watchlist Stocks( up to 15 stocks)
   b. Lo-High and Price-change views(click on the Applet Icon on the top left to toggle views)
   
   c. Stock Details can be maintained by clicking on the stock strip and entering the scrip code, e.g. GOOG
   Quotes are downloaded from Yahoo Finance. Hence the scrip-codes can be obtained from the same link.
   d. Setting to remove Watchlist Stocks
   

   Future Releases :
   1. Scrolling Scrips on the Main Screen
   2. Performance Optimization
   3. QVGA/WVGA versions

   All suggestions for further improvement are welcome.

   Well, the applet was ready 3 weeks back, it's just the tweaking on graphics which has taken this long.....With the new PoinUI version 2.0, I had to ensure that I wasn't too loud on the use of colors...hence I tried to keep most of the stuff transparent...

    Hi,

    I've got a problem with the applet as it doesn't do anything :(
    I removed all default stocks and wathclists and replaced the stock with one of mine in order to try.
    And, when I refresh, nothing happens.
    I've got an HTC Touch HD at SFR (french provider).
    The stock detail is
    FP.PA:8:38.675

    Check your phone's internet connection.. and yes , first manual update ( press the top-left icon for manual update) takes a bit longer ( about 30 seconds or so, I am trying to fix it).....

    The ML Stock Ticker works fine on my Omnia in both Portrait & Landscape mode. Thought this might be useful info...
