    I am having HTC Touch. The above applet is working fine except that the slide show is not working. Have to literally press left or right to change pic. Can anyone help me out please......

    Well Gabiton, I'm actually liking the "touch the sides to slide" thing, could we add an overlay arrow when you press a side of the applet ... to underline the slide function.

    Yes Jerome, i pressed the image long, and i could even see the button "start slide show" and i pressed it. But still then it is not working...

    Hi,
    just a question about the photos showed via Pointui, applet slideshow :
    The quality is really bad with the applet, I've tried to look in the .cs file, but nothing to do better. See the both photo :

    And also, my version for HTC Touch :
    - press shortly the setting button to have the photo name in left bottom
    - press long the setting button to go in setting
    - press long the photo to go in setting (other method)
    and the start slide shows works well

    It looks like there is a transparent image over the picture probably from the theme you are using. However, I am just guessing.

    About the quality issue. I think is related to how pointui resample the image, i try several things but the best result was the last file i upload, i know is not the best, but there is nothing we can do...
    And sorry for the lack of updates, but i am damn busy at the moment...

    TO MAKE ALL PICTURES TO BE CLEARED AND SHARPED WITH ANY SIZE, JUST OPEN THAT PICTURES IN THE 'PICTURE AND VIDEO' PROGRAM IN [b]YOUR PPC, CLICK TO VIEW IMAGE IN FULL MODE, THEN USE: MENU > EDIT > MENU > AUTO CORRECT > MENU > SAVE AS WITH A NEW NAME, DELETE OLD PICTUES > RETART HOME2 TO APPLY CHANGE IN YOUR SLIDESHOW.

    Auto corect means 'no option', it will auto resize image, change resolution and color to get and fix the best display on the screen device. (just click AUTO CORRECT and SAVE AS new name, it will do all for you, excluding these images that are smaller qvga or vga size)

    about the photo quality, its because your resampling a pic thats intended for a much larger viewing screen, like if you blow up a picture its get bad, downsizing without an editor is the same. so when u open on your ppc and edit, its dropping the resolotion properly

    Hi Jerome,

    For some reason the WQVGA version posted doesn't work properly on my Omnia, I can only see the play button and the image is not sized correctly...

    Can you please post an updated WQVGA version of the slideshow.cs for us Omnia users?..
