Sorry about that, but I do not have the original images, only the jif files. You will need to ask Brsev as he is the creator of all images for the Sonic MyStatus applet.

@norrin,
yes, it's skinned. i uninstalled the skin and the font is really messed up. is there any way to fix it without the hard reset?
Posted 8 months ago # -
Hey dancer69, the labels are integrated with the background, but I could make you the required updates in a few minutes - post how you'd want the labels.
Or, Norrinradd could replace the graphic with text, which would make more sense.Posted 8 months ago # -

yikes, i'm not sure...Brsev:
I can try, but may only be able to do single letters due space and font size available. I can do this for the full calendar, but the for mini-calendar i'll need an updated background image without the day labels and just the separators Brsev...Posted 8 months ago # -

你好,天气标签页下面状态栏最后一项是能见度,单位是哩(mi=mile),不是米(meter),1mile=1.6千米。
@ heimaheimaheima
Hello. The third value of the bar which below the weather label is visibility. It's unit is mi(mile), not meter. 1 mile = 1.6 km.

I'll try and get your requests after I complete my 2.5 Final release... almost done, here's what it looks like thus far. Pretty minor as I just finishsed adding News feed and data connect icons only. I am still working on additional appointment detail info, birthday tie in to contact card, appt timeline graphics and updated volume changing graphics similar to S2U2 (this last piece is taking longer than I expected...).Posted 8 months ago # -
Looking Great Norrin as always. I had an idea. Not much really but was thinking that with the new 2.1 coming and the ability to remove the Title bar maybe there could be an option to shrink the time font down enough to get the date across the top of the time
Posted 8 months ago # -
@zelendel
Is the removal of the Title Bar applet specific? Because if it is, I'd love to remove it for all the other applets, but I actually really like the title bar on MyStatus. I wouldn't want the time shrunk down any more than it is. Right now it's easy to glance and know what time it is.
Posted 8 months ago # -
You will be able to do it through a custom.cs in 2.1 check out the thread http://community.pointui.com/topic/remove-topmost-timedateapplet-line
I thought I read that it was going to be an option in settings but I may be wrong.
Posted 8 months ago # -
zelendel, like bcbomb47 I kinda like the title bar in MyStatus. Though it would be nice to have more space for things... need to think on this a bit more... Also thankd for offering to help test the data connect stuff, but I went a different route to make things easier and just added it to the settings.xml file were you can just choose your icon or remain with the default if you prefer. Though, I would still like to do something specific with providers, which is why the next release will track your provider info and save it to the settings.txt file as I might be able to use it for provider-based themes or something for MyStatus...
Posted 8 months ago # -
I agree norrin about the title bar( with TP2 coming soon Plenty of screen!!) I was just thinking about those that would like to use this applet with a theme other then Bserv's (wonderful theme by the way) but cant due to the size of the buttons. No Prob I love this applet and want to help as much as I can. As far as provider Specific What are you thinking about Like a Logo,Or something of that nature?
Posted 8 months ago # -
Hey Norrin, couldya move the netwrok type icons over a few pixels, so they're aligned to the crease like in my mockup?
I'm looking forward to all your new features, but we might need to rethink layout to better integrate tasks and now the News Feed. (I'll post a mockup if I come up with anything good)
Posted 8 months ago # -
^^^ shoot, that's how i had it initially. Should've stuck to my first instinct... no prob easy enough though. I'll ensure the final release has them aligned.
Yes, I need everyones thoughts on where tasks and news feed should go!
Posted 8 months ago # -
i'm thinking perhaps for the news feed to go in between the mini-dates and the appointments delineated by creases on top and on the bottom. in this way, the news feed does not "clash" against the round corners at the bottom shown in the screen shots.
i have no idea what to do with the tasks. unless, it's 3-fold as what brsev suggested (appointments/task/weather). or perhaps, in another collapsible panel? if ever, i really think that tasks and appointments should go together. if possible, the weather can just stand by itself in one panel.
Posted 8 months ago # -
Brsev:
Here's the data connect icon flush vs. 1 pixel away, and 3 pixels away (how I had originally). With it flush it looks fine in the paint editor, on device looks off though that's just an illusion. I'm kinda feeling the 1 pixel away is best, what do you think?Posted 8 months ago # -
Hmm, I see what you mean. I like the middle one too.
I've tried a few different things, but I keep coming back to the slider, which would be four separate buttons. However, it seems to miss the point of having an all-in-one applet, if it's not easy to take in all the info in one glance, you might as well just have four separate applets.
Posted 8 months ago # -
Ok I may be shooting way off in left field but hear me out. As far as panels I like the idea of the slide but how about a 3 way slide for appointments, tasks, and not sure what Bserv has for the forth maybe neutral. Set the 5 day weather for tap on today weather near clock and long for settings. So we could get a one glance look ( look like Bserv is not using the bottom bar may be colored dots on mini cal ex green for task, blue for appointment. this way you could tell if you have one on that day by the mini cal. I know I dont know how to code and this might not be possible but it is just what I was thinking
Posted 8 months ago # -
Great ideas everyone, I like the idea of having Appointments and Tasks together instead of appts/weather and weather to be separate and accessed via the icon on the clock (just need to add code to ensure weather can be accessed if you don't have any weather data, i.e., no icons). I like the colored dots on each day, but this will slow the applet down quite a bit. I really think a 2 way slider is more functional than a 3/4-way one. I really like having news at the bottom and how I have it currently is a bit tight, but if I remove the collapse function which I rarely use and a separator like in the current weather bg for the update time was added it would look good at the bottom. Or maybe just adding some sort of separator and keeping collapse function would be fine as well. So to sum it up...
1) Place Appts and Tasks together...
a) This means a new slider button graphic of appts/tasks to replace current appt/weather.
b) New Tasks background similar to appt's bg minus the mini-cal graphics.
2) Possibly remove collapse button and function or make collapse button smaller and move further.
3) Add separator graphic to bottom of appt and task background images to accomodate News info. What does everyone think? I just want to ensure we can have as much at a glance as possible and look too cramped and without the collapse feature it should be doable.
Posted 8 months ago # -
I kinda of figured it would slow it down, was just shooting out ideas. I like the appointments/tasks with weather on icon. I dont use the collapse funcion either.
Posted 8 months ago # -
Still runs sluggish!
Posted 8 months ago # -
Ferdimage1:
Can you clarify specifically what parts are sluggish? The only parts that should be sluggish are the initial load of the applet and changing dates on the mini-calendar. Everything else should have a significant increase in speed, almost instant when switching from appt to weather, weather to appt, appt to collapse, etc. Also, please ensure you do a complete reinstall using the latest zip in Post #1. Thanks
Posted 8 months ago # -
that works for me, norrin (cfr. #143). i don't use the collapse function at all and i like the task/appt combo.
as regards the news feed, would it be possible to improve it to a scrolling one?
Posted 8 months ago # -
Yeah, I don't use the collapse function either so if that will clean the code up a bit and give you more space, I'm up for removing it. Also, I like Brsev's second mock up with the sliders at the bottom, but I have to see what's cookin' in your head with the different functions.
Posted 8 months ago # -
@Norrin something odd happened today. As you know I flash my rom a bit often and normally just reload my back up but today I just downloaded the all fixes file and installed that and when I went to change the city no weather appeared at all. So I found a backup file and copied only the missing files and it worked with out probs. Just thought I would let you know.
Posted 8 months ago # -
I'm having problems with getting the weather to show any city other than San Francisco the Arizona cities and Honolulu. For example, I replaced Phoenix with Pittsburgh, PA and the applet shows the weather for San Francisco instead.
