Just unzip, copy & paste into the Applets folder.

    Screenies welcome too :)

Oh and I suck at making the icons, so if you wanna help with that, by all means :)

Thanks, very nice Applet, looking forward to your enhancements.
One thing I would like to see is the combining of 2 or more functions in one Applet. There is limited space for Applets so maximizing the functions would be great.

  10. If I can modify the phone ring settings via applet && backlight settings I'll add that too.

  14. Very Nice. Works on VGA.

    Thank you.

I wish someone could integrate this into a another applet like the Clock so they would become one.

  16. nice, really nice :D great work. I was planning to do just this :P you saved me some work :P

I would like to match the simple icon style from the rest of the PointUI interface, can you share the original PNG's so we can create skins for this applet? :D that would be awesome :D

Great! Looks really nice, and it is very useful since home2's battery indicator is very small for me, and no percentage is displayed. Thank you!

  18. @f0vela I'll do you one even better, here's the link to the blog with the original PSD.

  20. BTW made a B/W theme for the battery meter :)

  21. abit wasteful to have 1 applet that shows battery status, if there's a comm mgr applet, why not a system applet that shows the status/usage of battery, ram/storage, volume, etc?

Is there a chance that the lonely battery icon gets a companion?

  23. Well I guess with all this feed back I'll begin to add more to this applet.
Hopefully in the meantime, an update will provide support to turn the phone on vibrate,
and change backlight. Once that does, I'll make an all in one.

But I definitely don't want to steal anyones thunder for their applets.

  24. way to go gbd951!

a phone profile selector, a volume selector, a display selector, will be good!

My meter only shows in increments of %20. Anyone know why? Otherwise great app. Would be nice to see some other functionality. Wow, Ram storage, that would be cool, bet that's not on anyone's radar right now.

  26. @Qdoggy That's how I made it. It would be difficult, and impractical, trying to make 100 evenly spliced images for the battery level

I understand that, but the numerical percentage is also in 20% increments. The picture someone else has shows 98% for a numerical value.

    Hi,
great Applet; installed it! When thinking about adding stuff, a screen-lock would be most helpful too..

love this applet! its great to have a quick look and see whats left. i would love to see a signal strength and internet strength bars along the side too, like maybe going up like parenthesis on either side of the battery meter. so we could have a quick looks at everything :) that would be amazing. great work creating this thank you

doesn't work on my xperia, applet icon shows up but triggers previous applet.
(note: there was no existing battery folder in my AppletRibbon before installing this one)
