I'm trying this program (latest beta ... just downloaded it today) on my at&t tilt and I love it, but for the life of me, I can't find any documentation on how to add the applets that I've downloaded from the Pointui site to my device. There is no pointui in my programs files folder.

Can someone please tell me how u add applets? Thanks

copy a shortcut to Device\program files\home2\home2.exe into your windows startup folder
That will run Pointui2 each soft reset.

Copy unzipped Applets to device\program files\home2\appletribbon folder
Copy unzipped Themes to device\program files\home2\themes folder
Note- most zipped files will create a second folder of the same name when unzipped. Only copy the lower level folder into the destination listed above.
Soft reset your device after any updates or script changes.

    enjoy!

You can run up to 9 Applets by modifying the \AppletRibbon\Applets.xml. Caution this may slow your machine performance depending on the applet.
To remove unwanted applets use the remove function in top right of the applet screen of the application. This does not remove them from the machine but from the Applet screens.

  3. You can also check only Point UI Home 2 in your Today elements list and it will start automatically at each soft reset.
To add applets, just copy the applet folder from your PC to the home2/appletribon folder as michaelp said. :)

copied unzipped applets to appletribbon folder ... downloaded applets now show in the list, however, when I attempt to add them as explained in the tutorial built into the software, I get a message saying "no applets selected" ... although I clearly see the downloaded applets in the "Add Applet" menu ...

    what am I doing wrong?

    Try this
-Use word pad to open the file for editing. Change the applets.xml file that I have attached to represent the applets you wish to open. I have highlighted the applet names in bold for your editing convenience (see my folder view attached as a reference).
-Rename your original file as oldapplets.xml.
-Save the attached file with your changes as applets.xml
-soft reset you machine and you should be right....

Note- most zipped applet files will create a second folder of the same name when unzipped. Only copy the lower level folder into the appletribbon folder.
