I have the option for GDI fonts, but doesn't make any difference. I tried to uninstall, reinstall several times, change all possible options for fonts and soft reset every time but nothing change. Can you verify that the qvga version you have actually is 30b. You can visibly spot the difference for when standard windows font rendering is happening because there is no shadow on the text. Beyond that I just don't know.
